Ariana Grande is the latest pop phenom to land a campaign with MAC Cosmetics. After teasing the news on Snapchat, Instagram and Periscope, the beauty giant announced today that Grande is its newest spokesperson for MAC #VivaGlam, a title previously held by RuPaul, Miley Cyrus, Rihanna and Lady Gaga, among others.
The collaboration is a brilliant play on Grande’s conflicting personas: the shimmering pink lip glass is a nod to her girl-next-door image and the deep, dark matte plum lipstick speaks to the naughty side that lands her in the tabloids. As is the case with all MAC Viva Glam collections, the proceeds will benefit the MAC AIDS fund, which supports people who are living with HIV/AIDS worldwide. Unleash your inner bad (or good!) girl when the collection hits MAC stores and online January 2016.
Ariana is thrilled about the collaboration, posting on Instagram, “I have loved & supported @maccosmetics ever since I was a little girl walking through the mall and saw your first #VIVAGLAM girl in the window @rupaulofficial.” Adorable.

I have loved & supported @maccosmetics ever since I was a little girl walking through the mall and saw your first #VIVAGLAM girl in the window @rupaulofficial. I’m so honored!!!
