Shalom Harlow Brings 90s Realness to the September 2021 Covers of Harper’s Bazaar Spain

It has been three years since Harper’s Bazaar Spain last took our fancy. But when a supermodel is served up for September, a magazine definitely gets our undivided attention. Just like Tatler with Cindy Crawford, the Spanish publication got the model memo bestowing upon us Shalom Harlow as its September 2021 cover star. The Canadian beauty shows the younger generation of models just how it’s done decked out in head-to-toe Chanel courtesy of Elizabeth Sulcer for a pair of 90s-inspired covers shot by David Roemer.

“Stunning! Spanish Harper’s Bazaar really has a taste for incredible models, I love this magazine. Really wish that Shalom appeared more in print…” voiced aracic.

“Loving the second cover for being a take on Peter Lindbergh’s September 1991 U.S. Vogue editorial ‘Wild at Heart‘…” tigerrouge pointed out.

“The second cover, even if it’s not the most original one we’ve seen, is fantastic and so is the editorial,” praised WAVES.

“Always love the sight of supermodels for September and while the outcome is far from groundbreaking or revolutionary, it would be wrong not to celebrate Shalom Harlow back on the covers of fashion magazines,” noted vogue28.

“Love the second cover and editorial. Only a supermodel can take that cover toward high-fashion territory. The first cover has some questionable styling, especially the hat,” said Urban Stylin.

“I love both covers, but the second one is way more powerful. The first one could have been better, but the pose is too clownish, a more refined pose would have done wonders,” added Bertrando3.
