After three decades at the helm of the most prestigious fashion bible in the world, Anna Wintour continues to prove she has major pull when it comes to Vogue‘s cover stars. From Kamala Harris to Gigi Hadid to Dr. Jill Biden to last month’s model extravaganza. Now for October 2021, Lorde makes her debut on the American fashion glossy having only fronted Vogue Australia previously. The New Zealand singer/songwriter looks ethereal wearing a sublime creation from Schiaparelli’s Fall 2021 Haute Couture collection selected by Camilla Nickerson for the striking cover image shot by photographer Théo de Gueltzl on a beach in California.
