But given her affinity for the beach and the water — fitting with her Brazilian roots — one of her biggest career highlights was landing a coveted spot in the 2016 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. We spoke with the green juice- and water sports-loving model and asked her our quickfire questions.

  2. The beauty products I find myself buying again and again include… Caudalie Eau de Beauté for a hydrated and glowing complexion. 7. When I can’t motivate myself to work out… I look at Izabel Goulart’s butt pictures and I get motivated.
  8. If you looked in my fridge you’d find… alkaline waters, fresh fruits and kombucha.
  9. When it comes to Sports Illustrated, people don’t realize… that in other countries, like back home in Brazil, some people don’t speak English. It would be amazing to have translated issues so everyone could have access to its content.

  11. My favorite beauty trick… is braiding the hair while still damp and letting it dry. You can even sleep on it and wake up with natural beautiful waves.
  12. A tip for looking good in a picture… is to find your best angle and work it with the light.
  13. When it comes to dealing with insecurities… I would say people should never compare themselves with others. Everyone has their own time and journey.

  21. One thing I wish people knew about me… is that I have a gorgeous twin sister!
