Victoria Beckham would like to paint your nails, now. Well, sorta. The British designer has teamed up with Nails Inc. for a Victoria Victoria Beckham branded collection.
The limited-edition range is her first delve into cosmetics, and the offering will include two shades: A bamboo white and tomato red, housed in matte black and white bottles with clear sides, giving you a cheeky peek at the shade. The bamboo extract infused lacquers are set to hit shelves in February, though if you can’t wait, Nails Inc. is putting the collection up for pre-sale on its website on Monday.
So, you may want to pay a visit to the brand’s online store next week because we have a feeling these shades are going to go fast.
Kate Moss is lending her talents to a new BBC holiday film, The Boy in the Dress, a TV version of the David Walliams book. The comedy charts the experience of a young boy (played by Billy Kennedy) who loves to wear dresses (and wigs!) and gets expelled from school for it.
Kate makes her cameo in the main character’s dream sequence, in which she sports a red Vivienne Westwood gown. Walliams, a personal friend of the model (and Lara Stone’s hubby), reportedly asked Moss specifically to appear in the film.
The Boy in the Dress will air on BBC December 26, or as the Brits like to call it, Boxing Day. Watch Kate in the advert for the film above.
Ruby Rose is Nylon Singapore‘s latest cover girl, and, trust us, after seeing this headshot, you’ll never even think about messing with this chick.
The metallic chains, draping from her military-style hat, powerfully frame her heavily made up raccoon eyes, with her icy-blonde bob barely peeping out from under the cap. She wears a zipper-adorned plaid number which seems to be very much her style, but the issue has more pressing topics than wardrobe to talk to Ruby about.
The cover’s blurb reads “Ruby Rose finally breaks free” (which could be a little difficult due to the chained headwear she’s wearing), with Nylon Singapore revealing that the DJ/model/VJ/designer discusses her thoughts on gender stereotypes, lover-girl Phoebe Dahl, and the entertainment world inside the issue.
We all know Ruby’s pretty PDA on how she feels about her other half, and we’re pretty up to date on certain gender stereotypes which drive her up the wall, but if you’re interested in the media side of things then the issue is available now. Ruby joins the ranks of Sophia Wesbter, Suki Waterhouse and Taylor Momsen, who have preceded her as Nylon Singapore‘s cover girl.
Most people celebrate their baby showers with some kind of low-key backyard shindig, involving gifts and awkward guessing games. But most people aren’t Nicole Trunfio.
The Aussie model, who is expecting her first child to her fiancé, musician Gary Clark Jr, appeared to have a ridiculously fun New York baby shower yesterday with her equally babein’ gal pals, like Jessica Hart and Jessica Gomes. It involved baby bottles filled with rosé, a blue-onesie dress code (perhaps a little boy is on the cards?), slabs of pizza, and firemen who came to the rescue after things went pear-shaped.
Yep, it all got a little weird at the baby shower, organised by Jessica Hart and Cassie Harwood, when the New York Fire Department had to retrieve the girls from an elevator they’d been stuck in for 20 minutes. “WE LITERALLY WERE JUST STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR FOR 20MINS. THANK THE #FDNY – HAPPY BABY SHOWER,” wrote fortunate attendee Brooke Caldwell to Instagram.
It was a lucky day for the stand-up firemen, who got to tell their friends they saved a bunch of hot models at work that day. Nicole was lucky too, avoiding premature labour in such a charming location. Congratulations, Nicole, here’s to popping any day now.

Lily Collins truly outdid herself when she stepped out at the Tokyo premiere of Love, Rosie on Wednesday, December 3, in a structured orange gown by Australian designer Toni Maticevski. Seriously, can you even?
The 25-year-old actress pulled from the label’s Resort 2015 collection, choosing the greatest mullet-style dress we’ve ever seen on a red carpet. The boldly coloured piece was a striking pick for Lily, namely for its structural amazingness, and we love that she kept accessories, hair and makeup minimal and tasteful.
We’re talking about the black pointed-toe pumps in a sheer material, fine jewels, polished rolled-under bob and almost-bare skin, which brought the modern elegance together to create a picture of perfection.
Addiction — serious personal and societal issue or cute way to sell clothes? If you’re Civil clothing, it’s the latter. The streetwear brand has tapped Lindsay Lohan for a limited-edition collaboration called “My Addiction” because, ha-ha! Get it? She’s suffered from drug and alcohol abuse issues that have negatively affected her career! Why not exploit that for a few cool coins?
The collection is slated to hit PacSun this week and consists of graphic T-shirts emblazoned with images of the actress as well as baseball jerseys, tanks, sweatshirts, beanies and tall socks.
According to TMZ, Civil clothing came up with the name, which Lindsay was apparently cool with. Which is alright, but like, seriously, what wouldn’t she be cool with at this point?
The collection is set to hit stores December 12, but if you can’t wait, you’ll be able to purchase items from the collection via the PacSun website tomorrow.
